This trek known also as the small Annapurna Circuit is a very popular one in Nepal. The highest point of this trek (3200 mtrs) and for many the highlight is an early morning pilgrimage to Poon Hill for a spectacular sunrise over the Himalayas where the mountains stretch Ghandruk, village woman.as far as the eye can see North towards Tibet West towards the Dhaulagiri Himal and East with superb views of the Annapurna Himal. Not a difficult trek but it helps if you have a reasonable degree of fitness. This trek is considered to be the best introduction to trekking with some spectacular views.

Outline Itinerary
Day 01: Drive or fly Kathmandu / Pokhara (820m), drive (6 hours). Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 02: Drive to Nayapul and start trek to Ulleri (1960 m.) – 4 to 5 hrs walk
Day 03: Trek Ulleri / Ghorepani (2750 m.) – 5 to 6 hrs walk.
Day 04: Morning, excursion to Poon hill (3193 m.) and trek to Tadapani (2590 m.) – 6 to 7 hrs walk.
Day 05: Tadapani / Ghandrung (1940 m.) – 3 hrs walk.
Day 06: Trek Ghandruk / Pothana (1900 m.) – 5 to 6 hrs walk
Day 07: Trek, Pothana / Phedi (approx. 2 hrs walk) and drive to Pokhara (approx. 30 min drive). Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 08: Drive or fly Pokhara / Kathmandu
Note: It is possible to combine with some other activities such as white water rafting and wildlife safari. The itinerary can be customized according to your duration of holiday.
